About Judi
I am a yoga teacher. Currently I teach private clients and work at an Anytime Fitness gym. I work with people of all ages, and have been teaching for 3.5 years. My students achieve a sense of wellbeing and learn how to integrate the body, mind, and spirit.

I ask students what they would like to work on, and custom-fit the practice so that it will benefit them, and bring them enjoyment. I like to play sound healing music that helps to bring them into states of consciousness that improve their connection with the best parts of themselves.
