Om, This is Riya Choudhary pursued a master in yoga science from University of Patanjali. I love to spread the real knowledge of yoga with some textural knowledge, which take time but heal you completely. Yoga is not just body practicing process its have much more deep knowledge which you really enjoyed to know.

Yoga is not just a physical education its needed a theoretical knowledge as well. Hathyoga, vinyasa and astanga form is good but the textual yoga provide you other level of energy. So we mainly focused on textual yoga practice with there proper knowledge and how they affect the body.
