I will be truly delighted to be your yoga teacher. In this introduction i will be sharing with you a brief info about myself and my connection with yoga.
Yoga is not just a practice for me, it’s a way of life. I’ve been on this incredible journey for 12 years, and I continue to lear and grow with every class. My goal as your teacher is to create a nurturing and supportive space where we can explore the wonderful world of yoga together.
