I'm Dr. Aswathy P S, a motivated and grateful Ayurveda Doctor.I would like to flourish yoga to a wide spectrum of people irrespective of age and gender. Practising yoga make us able to love our body, mind and soul.Ayurveda acharya says Tha "sarva parithyajya sareeram paripalayeth" that means we have to protect our body and health sacrificing any thing else.
