About Mars
I am a Yoga teacher, certified in India in four streams of Yoga: Raja, Bhakti, Karma and Jñana, certified also in Hatha Yoga, with studies of other aspects of this ancient tradition. Specialized in health, restorative or therapeutic sessions or to deepen specifics for the individual, I provide as well sessions of Yoga philosophy, its tradition, texts, mantras and history.
