About Ariel
I have been tutoring little kids and teens for over 7 years as I started this passion of mine as an after school tutor. From then on, my services grew and now I include adults and mommy and me classes. Yoga is a form of exercise that is a great way to enhance body movement and to also give you the space to have fun and learn about your body and work on its strengths. Grab a mat and join me on a magical ride of yoga fun!

- A knowledgeable and friendly instructor who is experienced in working in the early childhood education field. Created a curriculum for kids
- A typical lesson plan includes a class from 30min to 1 hour by demonstrating practices with relaxing meditation music. Through each ballet movement and yoga pose, I walk you through the body muscles being activated to join in with your breathing to calm the mind and body and align to your own natural flow state.
- I founded my health and wellness website "Levi Lifestyle" where I currently coach over 200 clients daily/weekly/monthly through Yoga Classes specializing in vinyasa, mommy and me, prenatal, to build self confidence, body awareness, and body control. My mission is help all students reconnect back to the core self by gaining strength, flexibility, confidence, and a deeper self awareness through each learned movement and exercise.
- Yoga Lessons are for adults, kids, mommy and me, anyone at any age wanting to learn yoga at a beginner or intermediate level.
I aim to teach all my students yoga as a vehicle to enjoy the yoga classes through becoming familiar with their own intricate balance of the mind and body connection. Through implementing mindfulness techniques through ballet barre and yoga poses, there is an opportunity to build self-esteem, self-love, and provide support for mental health.
