About Jody
I am a jazz drummer and holistic therapist. To be creative in percussions is the thing that I most like to do. Together we look to the aspects of rhythm, to get into rooting, feeling and creativity. Stretching to keep the body relaxed and able to perform physically better; developing interdependence between the feet and the hands; explore the behaviors we can apply to this instrument for the situations we encounter, and consciously recognize the improvements in order to understand how the body learns through physical memory. We can work with sticks, brushes or hands.
