About Edgar Arturo
I have practiced for over 7 years, starting with audios and intuitive practice. Then I studied a Master in Relaxation, Meditation and Mindfulness. At the moment I practice meditation at a Zen center. I have given Mindfulness courses in a startup and I am teaching a course of Vedanta Advaita Meditation in a very well known Yoga center in Barcelona.
