I am an experienced professional wellbeing practitioner, passionate in helping people get their life up and going, to get to the next stretch, to gain clarity and build confidence, conquer fears, and ultimately, reach their dreams. I have many years of professional experience in the personal development field, after transforming my own life using mainly Emotional Freedom Techniques and Art Therapy.
