About Kierra
I’m a passionate and results-driven English educator with experience teaching all grades K–12 and working with adult learners. My background spans early literacy and phonics, reading comprehension, comparative literature, essay writing, and test preparation. I know how to adapt my approach so that each student—whether they’re just starting out, building academic skills, or striving for top exam scores—feels supported, challenged, and capable. Over the years, I’ve helped students master the fundamentals, gain confidence in their writing, and develop the critical thinking needed to analyze and compare complex texts.
