About Brenda

Hello! My name is Brenda, and I am a Masters student at King's College London studying Health Psychology. I have always loved teaching- being an English teacher was my dream job as a child! I believe that learning should be a positive experience, and that everyone should be able to enjoy learning new things in a way that suits them best. I aim to use structured yet fun lessons that help you strengthen your conceptual knowledge, improve your confidence in the subject, and prepare you for exam conditions. Let's find the fun in learning together! :-)

About the lesson

- Structured lessons focused on filling in the gaps in student's knowledge, which will be assessed in the first few lessons.
- Practice-based to familiarise students with typical questions they may encounter during exams and prepare them for an exam setting.
- Key emphasis on helping students find enjoyment in the content they're studying so as to enable self-directed and motivated learning.
- Typical lessons are 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Tutored Primary School English & Maths for 1 year and A Level Maths for 2 years.
- Lessons are suited for primary/secondary school age students.

- Psychology Masters Student (KCL) teaching English, Maths, Mandarin at primary/secondary level in London. - Also can help with essay writing skills, spelling, reading comprehension etc. - Tutored fo
