So I'm a college student and being a young adult who has seen soon and college ( being a genz) I can understand what all of you must have gone through in school because I've faced that time as well. I will be more of a friend than a teacher and will help you guide through difficult time of your life be it school work or something personal .

As a teacher, my approach is to make class fun as I build a rapport with the students and make them feel at ease. encourage them to ask more questions as I belive the more you question the more it forces to you to understand the topic easily and take interest in the class & subject.
I also incorporate using real life examples to explain concepts as it helps the student to understand stuff better and makes learning fun.
