About Deepalika
Among the most noble professions, Teaching has inspired me to become a better person, a good communicator, and an empath. It is not simply a job for me, but a lifestyle. As someone who likes academics and interacting with people, teaching the subjects I adore presents the perfect combination where I can meet the best of people, impart finest knowledge, and also learn from the process. I value my students and help them to achieve their goals. I am a good listener as well as I like to motivate my students to bring out their creative self in whatever they want to study. I do not judge students based on their academic merit - for me, all students represent a star that helps us to navigate into the future. These students, when rightly educated, morally and intellectually uplifted, socially and politically sensitized can achieve wonders. I want to achieve classes that are interactive, a comfortable environment for students where they can flow their opinions, a method of teaching that is dialogical, and a space where everyone is equal. The class' motto will be to make academics fun!

The classes will be thoughtful yet easy to comprehend, helpful in understanding the social realities. The drive is towards intellectual refinement, sensitivity and better knowledge towards socio-political environment and progress. Will cater to the overall development of the student in understanding the nitty-gritty of terms, ideas, events, and philosophies related to it. The classes will be interactive where the students' ideas will be heard and valued, and they will be continuously encouraged for analysis and applicability. I am keen to bring in newer reflections on the topics that will help to boost creativity. The classes will be structured in the following manner: - Understanding the students' interests - Introduction of the topics and having a transparent conversation on the students' ideas of the topic - Flowing reading materials and understanding substance of the topics - Classwork in terms of academic essays, projects, mock-interviews, presentations, open discussions, etc. Classes will be scheduled in a comfortable time for the students.
