I am a Mechanical Engineer as I like sharing knowledge with others so I decided to join the field of Teaching. I have Diploma in Elementary Education. I want to apply concept of individual difference for teaching the students.

About the lesson

Firstly introduce the topic by connecting it to previous knowledge.
First introduce the concept simply.
Then introduce the application of concept.
Between all these keep grip upon psychology of student.
Encourage student to develop his/her own concept about topic.
Appricite students regularly for their work.
