About Meeval
My name is Meeval Thomas, I am experienced in learning as well as teaching, I used to work in a primary school however due to Covid-19 was unable to attend my job due to certain issues regarding my family at home. I would like to use my capabilities of teaching as much as I can at home which is why I am setting up a online tutoring lesson.

I teach mathematics in younger age groups and also teach reading and writing for beginners in English. I work once a week on Saturday's and am open to anytime during the day. My work is online as it is easier to access especially during this national pandemic.
My methods of teaching for mathematics are :
• firstly I will help the client understand the topic thourghouly
• then I set some questions to complete, during this time if the client has any doubts or theory's they are free to ask
• after this I will set some homework to do independently which will be sent via WhatsApp.
I will use the platform 'whatsapp' to contact the client or the clients parents and and also to send homework.
My method for teaching reading and writing are:
• firstly I will begin with some easy tasks such as phonics and letters
• After that we will learn words and their definitions
• Then we will learn to fully structure a sentence
My typical length of a normal lesson will vary from 1-4hrs total including 5-15 Minute breaks where the client can quickly grab a snack or water.
