About Adam
I am a recently qualified English teacher in a school rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. I have 3 years' worth of tutoring experience as well as a first class degree in English with Creative Writing. I have taught a range of students of different ages and abilities and have high expectations for all. I am extremely passionate about my subject and take pride in my work. I am a patient, easy going person who pays attention to each individual student. I do not have a one-size-fits-all approach but instead get to know the strengths and weaknesses of each child before tailoring my lessons to suit their needs. Typical lessons would include me teaching/discussing with the student specific skills that they require before allowing them to attempt tasks independently.
