About Rebecca
I became a teacher because I love helping young people make sense of tricky topics, especially that “aha” moment when it all clicks. With 10 years of experience in UK and international schools, I know how to break complex ideas into something that sticks.
I’m a fully qualified teacher (QTS & PGCE), confident teaching all sciences up to GCSE and A-level Biology. Whether it's equations in Physics, chemical reactions, or biological systems, I tailor each session to suit your learning style and goals.
I also specialise in KS3 / GCSE Geography, Psychology, and EFL, and A-level Psychology, ideal for students looking to boost grades, master tricky concepts, or grow in confidence.

I focus on making learning clear, engaging, and confidence-building. My lessons go beyond memorising facts – I help students truly understand the ‘why’ behind the science.
Each session is one hour long and structured to make the most of our time:
- We start with a quick review of previous topics
- Then move into new content using clear explanations and real-world examples
- We finish with a summary so students know exactly what to focus on next
Lessons are interactive and tailored to suit the student’s pace and learning style. I work actively with students to tackle misconceptions, boost problem-solving skills, and build confidence across all Science subjects.
Above all, I aim to create a friendly, supportive space where students feel safe to ask questions, learn from mistakes, and become more independent thinkers.
