About Louisa
I was inspired to become a teacher after watching my mother home educate my younger siblings - an experience that proved to me just how powerful a personalised approach to learning can be. Now entering my fifth year of teaching with a PGCE and experience across state, independent, and specialist schools, I aim to bring that same tailored support to every tutoring student to help them build confidence, master content, and excel in their exams.

I am an experienced Secondary Teacher entering my 5th year in the classroom, holding a Joint Honours degree in Secondary Education Studies and Philosophy, Ethics & Religion, alongside a PGCE from Bath Spa University.
I offer expert GCSE and A-Level tutoring tailored to help students master core content, develop analytical skills, and build confidence.
As an official examiner for AQA GCSE Religious Studies, I bring insider knowledge of mark schemes, common exam pitfalls, and precise exam techniques to help students achieve top grades.
My diverse teaching background spans state schools, leading independent schools in London and Gibraltar, as well as specialist settings and Pupil Referral Units (PRUs). Whether a student needs targeted stretch and challenge, key gap filling, or tailored learning support, I adapt my approach to meet their individual needs.
