About Mohammed
I’m a qualified teacher who genuinely enjoys helping students learn and succeed. I previously worked as a Year 6 teacher in Qatar and now run my own tutoring company, supporting students across a range of subjects including maths and English.
My goal is simple: make learning clear, enjoyable and effective. I know that many students feel overwhelmed or lose confidence when topics start to feel difficult, so I focus on breaking things down into simple steps and building confidence along the way.
I like to keep lessons engaging and interactive. Expect plenty of questions, discussion, and the occasional joke to keep things relaxed. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable and are not afraid to make mistakes, so I always aim to create a positive and supportive environment.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy fitness, cars, and creating new learning resources to help students understand tricky topics more easily. Running my own tutoring company has also allowed me to work with many different students and learning styles, which has helped me develop a flexible and effective approach to teaching.

My lessons are designed to be clear, engaging and tailored to each student. I begin by understanding the student’s current level, strengths and areas for improvement. From there, I create structured lessons that focus on building strong foundations, confidence and problem-solving skills.
As a qualified teacher with experience teaching Year 6 in Qatar, I understand the importance of preparing students for exams such as SATs and entrance tests while also making sure they genuinely understand the material. I break complex topics into simple steps and use examples, practice questions and discussion to help students fully grasp each concept.
Lessons are interactive and supportive, encouraging students to ask questions and think independently. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable and motivated, so I aim to create a positive learning environment where mistakes are part of the learning process.
I also provide regular feedback so students and parents can clearly see progress. Where needed, I can give additional practice work or guidance to help reinforce what we cover in lessons.
Whether the goal is improving confidence, catching up in class, or achieving top results in exams, my aim is always to help students reach their full potential.
