About Elisa
Although my background is Primary school teaching I have been teaching yoga for +5 years now. Yoga turned into my passion when I experienced all the benefits and the healthy impact it had on my mind, body and spirit, overall in my daily life. Now, I want to share it with the world so that everyone can experience it too!
I teach Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, and Yin Yoga classes always adapted to my clients' needs.
I consider myself a teacher and also a student as I believe there's always room for learning new ways, new skills, new knowledge. We are continuously evolving and and new learnings always give new perspectives.

My teaching approach has a strong focus on alignment, breath work, body awareness, and tuning into oneself. Most importantly I love focusing on what works best with your mind and your body as we are all different and the same thing doesn't work for all. We will adapt everything specifically for you so that you can get the most out of your time on the mat.
The typical length of a lesson is one hour. On top of that we will have a previous chat to find out what you'd like to get out of the sessions, if there is anything else in terms of past injuries or medical conditions that I should be aware of and also follow ups after our sessions if needed.
I am a qualified Yoga teacher with +5 years of experience holding +500h of Yoga teacher trainings.
All levels are welcome and of course no previous experience is required.
Strategically planned Yoga lessons can build strength, flexibility, correct your posture and overall help you develop body awareness and a healthy, balanced, and happy life.

Elisa is an incredible instructor. Not only will she make you feel strong and empowered but also calm and relaxed. She’s an extraordinary human being. Her energy is amazing, her voice is soft and beautiful and her classes are pure magic.
