About Sanjay
I have been teaching children in a non-professional manner for more than ten years. My first phase was during my college years when I used to teach students besides my studies. Now, for more than a decade, my engagement in teaching is more in a non-profit manner as I have been a full time IT professional till this time. I am looking at taking up teaching as my occupation as this interest me a lot.

I am a graduate engineer (BE), have done my Masters (MS Software Systems) and an MBA.
I have been in the computer software industry for last 18 years in various capacities. I have been rearing a passion to teach students and build a very strong foundation so that they can architect successful careers. I would like to focus on the very important stage of the student, covering middle and high school for Maths and Science. My approach of teaching is to deep dive into each of the concepts in Maths and Science, understand the same in terms of real life usage and applications. I believe that only if the concepts are clearly understood, the student is actually ready address any problems that may be presented to him. I have effectively used collaborative tools for virtual discussion and distant learning, and strongly believe that with the state of the art tools and technology available, the online or virtual method to coaching, mentoring and tutoring is as effective as face-to-face sessions.
