As a tutor, I take a highly personalized and strategic approach to teaching, grounded in the belief that learning should feel both empowering and efficient. My method blends clear explanation, active problem-solving, and spaced repetition to help students retain concepts over time, not just for the next exam, but for long-term understanding.
A typical lesson begins with a quick review of key takeaways from the last session, followed by a targeted mini-lesson on a new concept. From there, we dive into guided practice, where I help the student work through problems while asking probing questions to strengthen their intuition. I always end with a short recap and actionable next steps, ensuring continuity between sessions.
What sets me apart is not just my academic background as a UC Berkeley Economics graduate, but my ability to break down complex topics into digestible parts and adapt my style depending on the student. My lessons are best suited for high school students and college undergraduates who need help with subjects regarding to mathematics, statistics, and economics.

Perfect! Anthony is amazing geometry tutor. He comes in person, is always on time, and explains everything calmly and clearly. He is very patient and often stays past the scheduled time just to help more. My daughter feels much more confident now. I highly recommend Anthony.

He was my tutor for my college math class and was patient, clear, and really good at breaking down difficult concepts in a way that actually makes sense since I was struggling to understand the lessons quickly in live lectures. He always came prepared and made me extra exercises for reviews so that I can actually understand and not forget the previous lessons and concepts. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive tutor :) Anthony is great! Thank you again!!
I honestly wouldn’t have gotten As in my classes without them. They explain everything in a way that actually makes sense and are super patient when I don’t understand something right away. They break down hard concepts into simple steps and always make sure I feel confident before moving on. You can tell they genuinely care about their students’ success. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone who wants real results.
