I love the way Erica teaches her classes. She is always willing to help out and listen to what I need in order to provide the best class for me. I will definitely keep going to her from now on!

Erica has been absolutely wonderful. As a new mom, I was seeking a way to recenter myself as well as get some kind of exercise. I had never done yoga before and after a few lessons with Erica I felt more confident, almost like a pro! She is patient and passionate about what she does which makes her sessions so enjoyable.
Erica is an amazing yoga teacher. She is always flexible and will build classes based on what I need for that day. She is super friendly, knowledgeable, and just a nice person to be around. I look forward to all of our sessions together!
