About Iskra
I am giving lesson for more than 4 years, and i have taught many student. I have more than 7 years of practicing yoga. I finished the path for yoga teachers at the yoga instructor school in Trieste which is certified by the Italian Union of Sport for All (CONI).

I am Yoga Alliance International certified yoga teacher. I am teaching hatha yoga flow. I get know the student with techniques of Yoga, relax and interact with the different levels of the experience of oneself: physical, energetic, mental, psychic and spiritual.
I develop in the student the ability to disseminate the lessons received in an effective and timely manner, to increase the student's knowledge, skills and attitudes to be applied in the fields of education and social development, to build a solid and complete individual practice that supports personal growth and the teaching of Yoga.
