About James
I've been giving lessons for 6 years, with students bringing their new healing modality into their healing practices, beginning to focus solely on Reiki, and healing their lives in a big way. I've been practicing Reiki for over a decade and seen major life shifts and transformations with the Reiki as a large component of the healing. I've been meditating for even longer, starting when I was in college and guiding people in meditation for 6 years as well. I've helped people find silence in their mind, release traumas in their body and find new peace in their lives.

I'm a Certified Reiki master and teacher, meditator with background in Buddhist meditation, Christian meditation, massage practitioner with 2 decades of experience.
I teach using a balance of teacher guided instruction and student guided instruction. I am focused on getting you the information and experience needed to practice effectively what you've come to learn, in this case, Reiki, meditation and massage, or any one of these.
