I will be conducting yoga class which will be a blend of physical, mental and spiritual balance. It’s aimed at relaxing the mind from the daily stress of life along with a healthy body. As one say healthy mind is the first step to achieving anything in life. Also provide therapeutic lessons for those suffering from diabetes, obesities, back issues and so on.
Use of props like yoga blocks, yoga wheel and ball are also used for beginners
Timing 5:30 to 6:30pm or 5:45 to 6:45 am
