I'm Luke! Currently working as a Research Associate at the Centre for Environmental Policy, Imperial College London. Previously studied Engineering Science (MEng, First) at the University of Oxford and will be starting a PhD in Chemical Engineering at Imperial from November.

The past year I have been working as a Tutor as PhysicsandMathsTutor.com, tutoring A Level students mainly in Maths and Physics, with some Further Maths and Admissions Prep (MAT/PAT/Interviews). This built on extensive experience tutoring GCSE and AS Level students in Maths, Further Maths and Physics across all the main exam boards during my time at the University of Oxford through websites such as MyTutor and TutorHouse. I also supported a range of students in their preparation for Oxbridge admissions tests such as the PAT and MAT.
I like to take a balanced approach to tutoring sessions, doing a quick refresh on the key topics and concepts at the start of the session and then discussing with the student any areas that they are unsure of before working through sample questions with the student. This approach has been develoepd through many years of tutoring and has had great feedback from previous students, who said that this approach is enjoyable and informative. I have a wide experience of working with pupils of many different ages, in small groups or on an individual basis.
