About Saloni
A former Retail professional who has worked with brands like Hermès, Emporio Armani, and ZARA turned Yoga Teacher. I have completed 200 hours TTC from Rishikesh Yogpeeth Yoga Alliance USA and Advanced Yogsadhana from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga. Currently teaching with a well-known fitness brand in New Delhi.

I give personal attention to the students' needs and requirements. My classes are for all beginners to regular practitioners and for all age groups. The classes are for 1 hour, which includes the sequence as 1. Prayer 2. Warm-up 3. Asanas 4. Pranayama 5. Prayer/chanting
