I am a retired teacher and special education/ reading consultant with thirty years experience in all grades K through twelve. I worked in Alberta, Saskatchewan, First Nations, and overseas. I worked with Special Needs students with specific strategies for life skills.

My methodology is based on Student need. I like to assess a baseline skills base and work from there. Students need realistic encouragement and I try to praise when deserved and push when needed. I like to encourage self evaluation too.
