About Charlene
Spending 9 years guiding practice led me to combine mindfulness with structured physical movement. I hold an MA TESOL and RYT-500 certification, allowing me to bridge wellness and language learning for busy individuals. My approach focuses on ALIGNMENT AND POSTURE to ensure physical safety during vinyasa flow or hatha fundamentals.
Warm-up sequencing and yin yoga techniques are essential elements I offer to help students navigate daily tension. Beginner-safe inversions provide a sense of playful progress while sleep and wind-down routines support genuine rest. Each session ends with a relaxation and savasana, leaving the body grounded.
