About Aiswarya Krishna
I am basically an engineer turned to a yoga enthusiast and finally ended up as a yoga professional now. I would like to share the knowledge of 2 years experience as yoga instructor and another 2 years experience as yoga consultant for my clients. At some point, i felt yoga is just magical. The impact of yoga in stress management and depression made me to realise that it has the ability to save someone from their miseries.
