About Samia
I’m passionate about helping people build confidence with English, whether you’re just starting out, working through KS3, or gearing up for GCSEs. I achieved a 9 in GCSE English Language and an 8 in GCSE English Literature and went on to study English Literature at A Level, so I know exactly what it takes to succeed at these levels, because I’ve been through them myself. That’s something I think makes a real difference, I understand what examiners are looking for and I remember what actually helped me get there, not just the theory.

I offer tailored English tuition for a range of learners, including complete beginners learning English as a new language, KS3 students building core skills, and GCSE students preparing for their exams.
Every student learns differently, so no two lessons look the same. Before we start, I take time to understand your current level, goals, and the areas you find most challenging — whether that’s grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, essay writing, or exam technique. From there, I build a plan that adapts as you progress.
