I have tutored students from middle school to college and I enjoy all levels. Standardized tests are stressful (I went to Dartmouth for undergrad, I remember the feeling as a high schooler), but with the right structure they can be a fun challenge.

Standardized tests are a game, and we can win!! I love working one-on-one with students to help them crack it and see patterns in critical reading and analysis. I especially enjoy working with students on improving critical reading (CARS) on the MCAT and the verbal section of the SAT.
With so many excellent online and AI-based resources available, I’ve found I can add the most value for students who already have a solid foundation and are looking for individualized help to develop their judgement and push toward the very top of the score range.
My approach is highly individualized: rather than simply working through question sets together, I analyze missed, uncertain, and slow questions to identify patterns in a student's reasoning and help them develop the judgment to resolve difficult questions independently.
