I prefers students who are really interested in studies and are serious about their future. So a healthy learning environment can be created. I like SLO based learning. Before starting any chapter I provide an overview what are we going to study and why and where its importance lies, equipping the students with the examples according to their level of understanding based on their age and the grade they are in. I do not just translate the words of books or convert in simple words but I equip the student with the concept and for making notes, I highlight important points in book and sometimes start a topic with a question to keep the student involved, He/she likely ponder upon the answer and when I give my answer he/she would be able to grasp it. I also make questions in the course work and highlights its answer. Most of there are of reasonings. The lessons are from student course books, online search, practice notes and likewise. I do assign the quizzes, assignments and assessments.
