About Gerardo
My name is Gerardo Gaitan. I am a polyglot, grew up in the US, and am half Italian. I have a BSc from the University of Houston in Texas, an MSc from Royal Holloway University of London, and currently completing a PhD in the UK. I have tutored a wide range of topics in the UK and abroad, e.g., maths, physics, English to Italian students, and sciences related to Earth Sciences (geology, geophysics, rock mechanics, etc...).
Tutoring makes me feel that I am sharing knowledge and transferring skills that the forthcoming generations will need in the future.

My approach is different to what they'll try to teach you at school. I focus on the foundation while making you think out of the box. 1hr lessons. I have an Associate Fellow status of the Higher Education Academy certifying my teaching at University level, and tutoring experience for over 5 years now. I have tutored students from 10-40 years old.
