A previous generation might have experienced change differently. However, I am driven by the realization that in the world we find ourselves the challenges of change are immediate and felt personally. My passion is to develop people at all levels how to cope, be resilient and flourish in the face of these challenges. I have spent my career of 25 plus years to guide and support in terms of this.
