I am a licensed massage therapist in the state of Pennsylvania, a member of ABMP and IAHP. The care that I bring to helping others understand and deepen their practice of somatic awareness and the body's self-correcting mechanisms is evident from the moment we begin working together, and continues throughout our time together.

We will focus on trauma-informed care with a context of Upledger Craniosacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Trager Approach, generative somatics, Somatic Experiencing, Compassionate Inquiry, Somatic Abolitionism, and a number of different energywork styles.
