About Beth
I am a second year history student at Durham University, I studied the JB at Wellington College and GCSEs at Kellett School in Hong Kong. I was born in England but grew up in Asia and love to travel! I really struggled when I first moved to Hong Kong as I was put in bottom sets forEnglish, but (with the help of tutors) I came out with all 8s and 9s at GCSE. I would love to give students the same I had.

I always listen to what drives my students and am really concerned with how they learn best. The feedback I get from my lessons is that they’re engaging, stimulating and enjoyable. I try to understand where a student is finding difficulty and make an effort to help them to understand the content for the exam as well as gain a wholistic understanding of the subject.
