I believe repetition is key. Mini tests that revisit past topics will be frequent. Breaking up exam style questions and discussing the various elements in the question will provide greater understanding. I believe that understanding is key so going through topics slowly and throroughly is no problem! Once understood, revisiting and repetition will ultimately embed the key knowlege into the brain.
