About Elizabeth
Hi, I'm Elizabeth! I'm a second-year Electrical Engineering student at UNSW, Sydney. I have a rich background in education as I have studied multiple curriculums throughout my life. I have seen that in each curriculum, Math and Science have always remained the same. I know how intimidating these subjects are, so knowing that they are a universal struggle can bring some comfort. But if I can help you, I assure you that you will be able to overcome all your discomfort and see Math and Science for the beautifully logical subjects that they are. I believe in teaching with purpose. My aim is to not only ensure that the student is able to keep up with class but also gain the confidence to excel in it. My typical method of teaching would be to provide class to the student and hold short quizzes in the middle and at the end of the classes. A typical lesson would be an hour long with 15 minutes dedicated to short quizzes and the final 5 minutes to revise the content learned. I have provided math tuition to students in secondary 1 and students from grade 4 - 7 in the CBSE curriculum. My students have flourished under my guidance and have gained confidence in Math, empowering them greatly. My lessons are available for any students up till grade 9 (age 14).
