English Tutoring for Secondary Students I offer tailored English tutoring for students aged 11–16, specialising in GCSE English Language and Literature. My lessons are designed to build confidence, strengthen key skills, and prepare students for exam success. My approach: - Every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to individual needs. - Lessons break down complex ideas into simple, manageable steps with clear explanations, model answers, and interactive activities. - I encourage students to think critically, develop their own interpretations, and practise exam-style tasks. - I also show how English connects to everyday contexts, making the subject both practical and enjoyable. Lesson structure: - Flexible sessions of 1 or 2 hours, weekly or several times a week depending on your preference. - Each lesson is carefully planned with relevant resources. - We revisit previous work, cover new content, practise with guided examples, and finish with independent application and feedback. Who are my lessons for? - Secondary students (ages 11–16) - Students preparing for GCSE English Language and Literature - Anyone wanting to build confidence, improve essay writing, or sharpen exam technique
