I am a self care educator with a specialty in food freedom. I help clients discover that we have the answers we are looking for within ourselves. I have trained extensively with professionals in this field and have transformed my life through the art of self care.

I approach self care with the ideology that we are able to empower ourselves from what we already have. Self care gives us the tools to let out what we have stored away inside of us. Specializing in food freedom has shown me that the basis of a lot of external roadblocks are caused by what we are literally feeding into our bodies. Self care is specific to each person, I can help you set aside time and empower you to fill your cup first. Just remember, self care is not selfish!

Details
I highly encourage all clients to book 1.5-2 hours for our first session as this will be our initial opportunity to get to know each other and set out an action plan. All sessions will be recorded and provided to you (completely confidential) to have as a resource.
Clients who schedule weekly sessions will provide a check in each week via email so that I can provide continual support on your journey.
All cancelled coachings are subject to a 100% fee if cancelled less than 12 hours in advance. I will do my very best to be understanding and will reschedule as our schedules allow. The first complete cancellation (not rescheduled, less than 12 hrs notice) will be waived as a courtesy.
