About Cio
With 10 years of experience, I am a committed Saxophone tutor who has taught approximately 150 students across all levels. I focus on creating personalized lessons that allow each student to progress effectively and confidently.
My teaching style is structured, supportive, and student-focused. I guide students through posture, breathing, tone, finger technique, rhythm, and musical expression. Lessons are paced to ensure each student fully understands the concepts before moving forward.
I provide home practice guidance, regular feedback, and motivation to help students stay consistent. I also encourage creativity and personal expression alongside technical skill development.
My unique strength is my ability to combine individualized attention with structured learning, helping students gain both confidence and musical skill.

I follow a student-focused methodology for teaching saxophone that emphasizes flexibility, collaboration, and positivity. Each student has a unique way of learning music, so I tailor lessons to their pace, learning style, and goals using demonstration, listening exercises, and hands-on practice.
Flexibility allows lessons to evolve with student progress, motivation, and interests, keeping learning engaging, productive, and enjoyable. Collaboration encourages students to experiment with improvisation, actively participate, and share ideas, fostering creativity, skill, and confidence.
I create a positive and supportive environment where achievements are celebrated and challenges are embraced as opportunities for growth. Lessons cover saxophone techniques, improvisation, musical expression, performance skills, and theory for a complete musical foundation.
Beyond saxophone, I teach sight-reading, ensemble performance, ear training, and music theory. My goal is to help students become confident, expressive, and versatile musicians.
