About Devyani
I am Devyani from Mangalore, work as freelance trainer.holding bachelors degree and pursuing Masters in English Literature from Mangalore university
I train in soft skills such as team management, leader qualities, basic telephonic etiquette, English language. I also teach maths, science, computers english, hindi for students from 4 grade to 10th grade. I conduct classes for students , and adult education based on the requirements .
Traditional teaching techniques, based mainly on a teacher explaining a topic and students taking notes, may still be useful on occasion, but education today revolves more around encouraging the student to awaken their curiosity and desire to learn.

As a trainer I always set the tone of the classrooms/ session ,build a warm environment, mentor and nurture students and listen and look for signs of trouble. The most common role as a trainer plays in the classroom is to impart knowledge to my trainee . I teach in many ways including lectures, small group activities and role plays
