About Bryan
I am a professional Software Engineer and private tutor from Australia who now lives in Canada!
I have over 10 years experience working as a private, one-on-one tutor in Australia for students in high school, junior high, primary, and undergraduate university.
I have a comprehensive knowledge of senior/first year university chemistry, physics, mathematics, information technology and coding, and English.
I have designed and provided long-term (usually 1 or more years), tailored tutoring for nearly two-dozen students, all of whom have shown at least one standard grade of improvement.

I have designed and provided tailored, long-term (usually for 1 or more years) tutoring for nearly two-dozen students, all of whom have shown at least one standard grade of improvement during this period.
I like to structure my lessons around each individual student's needs and ability. I will generally use the first lesson to understand what each student wants to get out of the tutoring sessions (for example, help with school work, catch up to class, undertake more challenging problems, prepare for a specific exam/goal etc.) and work towards those goals in the subsequent lessons.
I firmly believe that the tutor-student relationship is bi-directional and I expect the same level of commitment and willingness from my students as I consistently bring to my teaching. Because of this, I prefer to work with students who are seeking assistance themselves, rather than those who have been 'forced' into it by parents/teachers as I find these students are the most motivated and therefore get the most out of every lesson.
I can be flexible with respect to location but would prefer online interaction if possible for students who live far away.
