About Omar
I am a student in computer programming who believes in keeping physically healthy is something essential nowadays especially with the excessive amounts of technology us humans are exposed to on a daily basis. And I feel it necessary for a child's development to be able to participate in sports atleast 30mins per day and not only for children but also for adults.
