About Johanna
I teach depsui 2012 and with the experience I have learned to give yoga classes suitable for everyone. I offer customized yoga classes as needed. The courses offered are tonic (Vinyasa), regenerator (Yin Yoga) or in the more traditional Hatha style. I have experience in individual and group. I guided entrepreuneurs, the general public, seniors, highly stressed office workers and facing musculoskeletal disorders. I work on the aspects that you would like to develop heart: self-confidence, better aging, stress management and emotions, tone, posture. For GROUPS The classes keep the same structure: awareness, breath, intent, and then the class is developed according to the theme. "Yoga always brings to those who practice". I limit groups to 10 participants to be able to accompany each in his practice.
