About Loraine
Hi there!!
I'm Loraine, an English honors graduate from St. Stephen's College, one of the best colleges in India. Notable alumni include Shashi Tharoor, S. Jaishankar (the current External Affairs Minister), Khushwant Singh, Sachin Pilot, Konkona Sen, Barkha Dutt and so on.
I enjoy teaching, writing and baking!
English and it's wealth of stories is what often gave me the strength to keep going during tough times. It gave me the confidence to state my demands and to articulate what I was feeling. Having a good command of the language made people take me more seriously and opened many doors that would otherwise have remain closed.
The countless works of literature reminded me that I was a part of something bigger and that I was not alone in experiencing certain hardships.
I want to teach others English to help them advance in their school, work and emotional lives, ultimately helping them connect deeper with themselves.
