I was not a very good student according to our school but still able get IIT-Roorkee just because I never try to compare myself with others and try to be my best version and that's why I encourage any student whether he/she is topper or average.

I usually try not to memorize a concept rather imaging that concept and link it with a real life example so that we can recall it whenever needed without so much effort just like for an formula of math I try to teach them how this formula made not just tell them to memorize it.
