I believe each student has his/her own style of learning so my methods are solely based on the way the student finds it easy and comfortable to understand. I don't follow any rigid pattern in explanation as my methods it depend on perceiving ability of each student.
Small assignment at the end of lecture is given and test is taken on completion of each topic which gives insight of the amount of concepts understood by the student & what all has to be taught again.
